Program Structure
Age Groups:
12–15 (Junior Development)
16–18 (High School Competitive)
19–22 (Advanced/Collegiate Prep)
Training Locations:
Local gyms and community sports centers in our service area.
Schedule
Seasonal Blocks: Winter, Spring, and Summer sessions.
Weekly practice: 2–3 sessions per week.
Weekend games: Local league matches and friendly competitions.
